Cookies &
video players.
The external player stays unloaded until you choose to open it.
Last updated: 14 October 2026. This working notice describes the services currently present in the website.
Before you load a player
Opening the homepage does not load a YouTube or Instagram player. Locally hosted travel videos are served by the website. No advertising or visitor analytics service is included in this version.
When you choose YouTube or Instagram
Pressing a player’s load button connects to that platform. YouTube or Instagram may then receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. The permission applies to that player only and is not saved as a permanent preference. Closing the player removes the embed.
You can instead use the direct platform link. Read Google’s privacy policy ↗ or Instagram’s privacy policy ↗.
Forms and owner sign-in
Protected forms use Firebase App Check/reCAPTCHA to help prevent abuse. The private owner area also uses Firebase Authentication to keep the owner signed in. These security services may use browser storage and process technical device and network data. They are separate from optional media players.
Your browser controls
You can clear site data or manage cookies through your browser. Blocking security-related storage can affect sign-in or protected forms. See the privacy notice for the information collected by website features.
